At the end of last month Yahoo ! Search have reported that they are going to do some changes in their search algorithms – I mean crawling, indexing and ranking criteria. So there will be some changes in the rankings , reshuffles and fluctuations all for 2-3 weeks.
I haven’t take it that seriously but today morning one of my friend ‘Rick’ reported some reshuffles in the ranking of some of his sites on some particular keywords on Yahoo and got little tense of what went wrong…It just when I tell him of this news that he feel little better. I think yahoo is going Google’s way with anchor text and <h1> tags are given little more weightage. So nothing to panic if you see some couple of pages swings.
