Many of the people whose website got penalised on google for some kind of spamming on and off page and other tech. reasons fixes the errors and send the reconsideration request to Google through google’s webmaster tools

But still what most of the fellows do is that they just submit request without even fixing any issues on their website and assuming everything is ok from their side and its all Google’s algorithm which is wrong :D  In his message on Twitter  - Matt says it very clearly that these kind of sites will never be reindexed at all.

So if you got deindexed then make sure to do your homework 1st before ever to think of any reinclusion request as any blind requests only mark stamp on your spamming practices.

So don’t make matty angry !
