Yesterday I have a long conversation with my Doc. buddy Naveen and there seems lot many valid points which he told me about living a healthy life and about how much one have to compromises and how much to give time ( or better say at least 1 % of time in my case ).

According to him married people tend to take care of themselves better ( compared to living alone or the other way… I am not in favor of living relationship..) they typically eat better, have more settled lives with less stress and fewer risky habits. I am not 100% agree with him but still its a valid point that compared to living alone or with parents having a good smart spouse is the best option. ( considering the compromises we did make in real life in both cases. ).

So I thought of giving this stuff a try. I mean let me have a good rational spouse. For sure to achieve that there is need to change my living attitude a little better say open a little space so that some other one atleast get in . He suggested few remedies like be playful, light-hearted , spontaneous , look in the eyes and gently …say hello , talk about the surroundings, ask a question, ask for help, state an opinion.. blah blah…..I hate to like it but I am thinking to analyze and work on them.
